It should be remembered that the court of first instance number 12 of Malaga decreed last March the provisional execution of the sentence favorable to the hotel company BlueBay for 49 percent of the sheikh's shares. This resolution granted BlueBay control of that 49 percent of the 96.89 percent that Al Thani had when this legal battle began.

The sheikh continued his tweeting allegation referring to the complaint for which he has been removed from the club's management and his assets and shares in Malaga have been seized: “False accusations made by small shareholders under the name of APA, which were discarded by the judiciary, and that I have money laundering and suspicious operations. And that I embezzled five million euros from the club and I am the owner and invested more than 200 million euros. It is shameful that the judge, after rejecting these accusations, accepts the demand! “

The sheikh continued his particular crusade by questioning “where were they ten years ago when I acquired this entity? What have been their contributions over ten years?” And he sentenced: “This judge is obliged to clarify the facts before the federal police, the media and all with total transparency“.
