Getafe has already found a replacement for Marc Cucurella. Jonathan Silva will be Getafe's tenth signing, second on the day the market closes. The left-back leaves Leganés in exchange for 2.5 million euros. Ángel Torres raised the initial offer to close the deal and cover one of the few positions that were not doubled in the squad after the march to Brighton in Cucurella.
Silva is twenty-seven years old and the last three seasons has played in the eternal rival of Getafe. Last season the azulones already addressed their signing, but then Leganés stood asking for three million and Torres decided to retire.
Míchel already has the defense completed and the squad lightened after Ignasi Miquel left for Huesca.
