The Spanish under-21 team completed this Saturday a recovery training for those who started this Friday’s win against Northern Ireland (0-6) and, after a free afternoon, they will start preparing for Tuesday’s game against Malta (20:00 hours).
The session for them consisted of exercises of activation y treatments of water, as well as treatments with the physiotherapy team at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas.
For their part, the players who did not participate in the rout in Larne they made a more intense training in which there were rondos, a mini tennis soccer tournament, pressure exercises in a reduced space and ended with free kicks, reported the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).
