The Investigating Court 15 of Barcelona investigates the complaint against the footballer Dani Alves for alleged sexual assault in a nightclub in the city.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has explained that the woman’s complaint is prosecuted and under investigation.
On January 2, a woman filed a complaint against Alves for allegedly sexually assaulting her in a Barcelona nightclub on the night of December 30.
