Along with her were awarded in this category the Platform of the Third Sector, the Daughters of the Caridad and the taxi driver Matías Martínez, in all three cases recognizing “his indisputable social and humanitarian work”, and, posthumously, the financier Jaime Carvajal y Hoyos, “for his brilliant professional and philanthropic career”.
The former mayors Ana Botella and Manuela Carmena, the writer Andrés Trapiello, the president of the Royal Theater Board of Trustees, Gregorio Marañón, received the Gold Honor Medals; the singer Ramoncín and the José María de Llanos Foundation.
