'I would give my life to see you champion'

Atlético returned to training to prepare for tomorrow's match against Osasuna (6:30 pm). Simeone decided to give his squad a rest on Friday after having exercised on Thursday in a very relaxed session for those who played at the start against Real Sociedad. The good news for the Cholo is that has its entire staff at its disposal, with the exception of Lemar, who will not be in front of Osasuna. The Frenchman could reach the last match against Real Valladolid. Today he trained with one of the team's recuperators.

It will be necessary to see if Simeone varies something the initial team who played against Real Sociedad and in which he started Marcos Llorente, Carrasco, Correa and Luis Suárez as more offensive players. The training was quite intense and most of it with the ball.

In the work session, the players trained under another banner of support from the fans. On this occasion it was possible to read: “I would give my life to see you champion.” It is common for the fans to put up posters of encouragement to their players in the Majadahonda venue in recent weeks. The last one was “Now Atleti Now”. The team will count on its fans until the end.
