Hollmann, died this Tuesday at the age of 71 after being admitted on January 25 with coronavirus in a hospital in the northern province of Entre Ríos.
“At the age of 71, the president of our entity Miguel Ángel Hollmann ceased to exist. Since January he had been battling COVID 19. Finally, his body did not resist pre-existing diseases,” the club reported in a statement published in its Web.

Hollmann he was president from 2005 to 2009, then he was vice president and returned to be in charge of the institution in 2016.
“It was the alma mater of the entity's growth in the last 15 years, obtaining the respect of its leading peers,” said the club, which was promoted to the First Division of Argentine soccer in December 2015.
Three days of mourning
Before the death, the institution of the city of Paraná decreed three days of mourning and closed its facilities.

His death was lamented through social networks by most of the local clubs and by the Argentine Football Association (AFA).
