The Bulgarian tennis player Aleksandrina Naydenova, ranked 218 in the world rankings, has been kicked out for life tennis after an investigation of the Tennis Integrity Unit (TIU) will determine that had rigged matches between 2015 and 2019 on many occasions.
She has also been charged and found guilty of not cooperate with TIU research. Together with the prohibition to return to the slopes, a $ 150,000 fine, reports this body. According to investigations, Naydenova committed 13 infractions of Tennis Anti-Corruption Program (TACP), 12 of them related with match fixing and another with various incidents of non-cooperation with the TIU investigation process.
The sanction means that as of November 20, 2020, the player is permanently prohibited from playing or attending any event tennis courts authorized or sanctioned by the governing bodies of the tennis.
