Enzo Zidane, heading to Germany

Enzo Zidane's career may take a new turn shortly. The son of the Real Madrid coach left Almería and is free. Germany appears on its horizon for a surprising destiny. According to those responsible for FC Erzgebirge Aue, there are “advanced talks” for Enzo to play with them in the German Second Division. The team currently occupies the eleventh position in the competition standings.

“The discussions are well advanced. There have been several telephone conversations. Enzo wants to play for Aue!”, Helge Leonhardt, head of the club at Tag24, explained. “Enzo's agent called me four weeks ago and that's how it all started. Enzo wants to develop more and wants to get out of Madrid, away from the 40 television cameras that are constantly pointed at him,” reveals Leonhardt. In Almería, Enzo Zidane has had no continuity, playing 11 minutes divided into four games. He had arrived in the Andalusian entity in January. On October 2, Almería announced the termination of their contract.

At the club in the city of Aue, they are convinced to revive the career of the Real Madrid coach's son, now 25 years old. “He fits us and if possible we should develop him. The chemistry is there. Enzo is a jewel that needs to be perfected. We can do that, we have done it with other footballers,” says Leonhardt.
