LaLiga announced this Saturday that the first leg matches of the first tie for promotion to the First Division will be played on August 13, Thursday, with Girona-Almería (7:30 p.m.) and Elche-Zaragoza (10 p.m.).
Through its website, LaLiga reported that “the first of the two qualifiers will be played between Thursday the 13th and Sunday the 16th of August”.

So, On Thursday, at 7:30 p.m., Girona will host Almería in Montilivi, while from 10 p.m. that same day, Elche and Real Zaragoza will meet at Martínez Valero.
“The return matches will be played on Sunday, August 16. At 7:00 p.m., Almería will host Girona and at 22:00, Real Zaragoza will do the same with Elche,” LaLiga said.
The winners of both qualifying rounds will meet in the grand final that will be decided by the team that will accompany Huesca and Cádiz in LaLiga Santander next season.
