Alavés goes to retro kits on its centenary

Deportivo Alavés presented this Wednesday its kits for the 2020-21 campaign and opted for a retro touch to commemorate its centenary in which it will dress in blue, black and red-white and in which it is integrated the new shield that unveiled this Tuesday.

The Vitorian entity opted to make a nod to two historical kits designed by the Kelme firm, with a fully breathable fabric and that will have various details on the back that will tribute to the babazorro centennial, in addition to showing off the Ikurriña, as has happened in recent years.

The first kit recalls the elastic from the 90's with a renewed air that respects the classic blue and white vertical lines and which in this case will be five. The lower left side refers to the centenary with the number 100 that will give an image to the blue albia centenary.

The second shirt will be black, as well as shorts. Both will have golden touches to recall the century of life of the albiazul entity and also, the textures change to form the face of a fox, as a nod to the Alava mascot.

The third will be popularly known as “The one from Ajax“It reminds us of that iconic Dutch team that marked an era in European football with a vertical red stripe in the center over a white shirt with blue accents that Alavés wore in the 90s.
