Both of them have congratulated Real Madrid for becoming the league champion, after signing a protocol in the Bullring of Las Ventas to promote and protect bullfighting as a cultural heritage.

Martínez-Almeida highlighted that, after his victory against Villarreal at the Alfredo di Stéfano stadium, the Real Madrid fans gave “an admirable example of responsibility and commitment to the city and with all Madrid residents by avoiding going to Cibeles. “
In other cities in Spain and abroad, there have been scenes of celebration of similar titles that have not occurred in the city of Madrid, where the fans of Real Madrid have had “exemplary behavior”, the mayor has insisted.
