After Christmas Eve and Christmas, the countdown begins to say goodbye to the year 2024 and receive a new one full of projects and hopes. Felipe and Letizia have taken stock of these last twelve months (in which the tenth anniversary of the king’s coronation has been commemorated) with 20 images that portray the most important moments of the Royal House, some of them unpublished. For example, a beautiful picture of the monarch with his daughter, the Princess Eleanorwhom he hugs while they walk through the Zarzuela gardens.
The photograph was taken on the occasion of Felipe and Letizia’s 20th wedding anniversary. In another, belonging to that same day, the entire family appears in a moment of conversation and maximum complicity.
The sisters, whose image and presence is being reinforced in recent times as a guarantee of transparency and continuity of the Crown, also appear in other snapshots, such as the presentation of the Princess of Asturias awards, at the doors of the Campoamor Theater, or during the festivities celebrated in honor of the royal anniversary, in the courtyard of the Royal Palace.
Leonor, for her part, also appears hugging her father during her graduation from the Zaragoza Military Academy, while her sister, Infanta Sofía, celebrated the triumph of the Spanish National Team in the European Championship in Germany.
Maximum prominence for the king, who is shown in his most professional role (answering his cell phone in his office or swearing the flag) but also in his closest role: surrounded by children or comforting those affected by the terrible DANA that devastated Valencia. A special nod also to the celebration of the Olympic Games in Paris, which he attended with Mrs. Letizia.
