The Spanish footballer Carmen Menayo, defender of Atlético de Madrid, has agreed to renew her contract until 2026 with the Colchonero club, extending her contract for one more season and thus reaching 10 seasons with the red and white shirt.

“With 202 games, she is the third player, with the same duels as the legend Amanda Sampedro, who has worn the shirt of our Atlético de Madrid Femenino the most times,” the mattress entity highlighted this Sunday in a statement on its website.

The defender, at 26 years old, has five titles in her record: three F Leagues (2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19), a Spanish Super Cup (2021) and a Queen’s Cup (2022/23 ).
