Mary of Denmark, dazzling (but without tiara) at a dinner to bid farewell to the president of Egypt on his official visit

Days of splendor and diplomacy for Mary and Frederick of Denmark due to the official visit of the president of Egypt, Abdel Fattah El-Sisito Copenhagen. After the majestic dinner at Christiansborg Palace last Friday, where the queen wore a new tiara, now it is the Egyptian president’s turn.

The president organized a dinner this Saturday in Sølyst (Copenhagen) to thank the host country for the visit. Mary and Federica joined Princess Mary and Princess Benedicta, the evening’s guests of honor. In addition, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, among others, also attended.

For the occasion, the Danish queen selected an elegant two-piece purple velvet suit. As accessories, Mary opted for a handbag the same color as the suit and black stilettos with silver details. Meanwhile, Federico chose a classic navy blue suit, which he combined with a purple tie, a nod to Mary from Denmark’s suit.

This Sunday, the President of Egypt says goodbye to the kings of Denmark and leaves Copenhagen to continue his tour of Scandinavia with an official visit to Norway.
