“I bit my tongue a lot”

Sofía Cristo intervened this Monday in Public Mirror after last week she faced Susanna Grisoeven threatening to leave the set. The DJ reproached the presenter and her colleagues for asking her about Ángel Cristo’s leak of some intimate photographs of Juan Carlos I and Bárbara Rey. “I will always be in the middle of everything, even if I don’t deserve it, and I will always do it to defend my mother, but, really, it is very hard,” the collaborator stressed in the Antena 3 space, justifying that “the harshness” and “lack of assertiveness” in her reactions is due to her love for her mother.

“Are we friends yet?” Sofia asked the presenter sardonically.. The two laughed and promised to hug each other at their next meeting. However, at the beginning of the conversation there was still some tension between the two after, a few broadcasts ago, Sofía accused the program of going against Bárbara Rey and selecting the information at will, without objectivity. “I bit my tongue a lot,” the DJ acknowledged, to which the communicator, forcefully, responded: “I bit it too… a lot.”

The presenter has acknowledged feeling saddened by last Thursday’s scuffle. “It hurt me because I love you very much and you know it. The questions I asked you were relevant at that moment”he told Sofía, who received these words with a gesture of disapproval. “I understand that you defend your mother,” the host of the Atresmedia space added to her collaborator.

“I respect your work as a journalist,” the ex-vedette’s daughter has limited herself to saying, who, like Griso, has insisted that she is not “angry.”. Of course, there was no lack of one last taunt from Sofía: “I am tired of the violence that is being exerted on my mother, an abused woman, by this network, the collaborators…”.

These words come after Sofía pointed out the presenter’s alleged hypocrisy: “I don’t like your verbal language, you know it’s hurting me and I see you with half a smile and I say ‘look, the aunt above is making fun,'” she pointed out against Griso , who responded: “I’m not laughing, it hurts me to be angry with you”.
