Spain will open the Davis Cup ‘Final 8’ on Tuesday 19 against the Netherlands

Spain will be in charge of opening the Davis Cup ‘Final 8’ with its duel against the Netherlands on Tuesday, November 19 at the José María Martín Carpena Sports Palace in Malaga, the International Tennis Federation (ITF) announced on Wednesday.

The tie against the Dutch will be the first match of the quarter-finals of the competition and will start at 17:00. The other tie in the lower half of the draw, Germany’s clash with Canada, the 2022 world champions, will be played from 12:00 on Wednesday 20 November.

The two quarter-final matches for the top half of the draw will be played on Thursday, November 23, at 10:00 a.m. between the United States and Australia; and in the afternoon, Argentina will face the current champion, Italy.

The semi-final round will be played on Friday 22nd at 17:00, with the winners of the lower part of the draw, and on Saturday 23rd November at 13:00, with the winners of the upper part, and the respective winners will fight to lift the ‘Ensaladera’ on Sunday 24th from 16:00.
