The Endesa League starts with a record of more than 100,000 subscribers

MADRID, 25 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Endesa League kicks off this weekend with more than 100,000 season ticket holders in the stands of the various ACB clubs, a record celebrated by the competition as it would allow for an average of almost 6,000 season ticket holders per club.

“The ACB clubs have surpassed the barrier of 100,000 season ticket holders for the first time at the start of the Liga Endesa. More than 100,000 loyal fans each week support their teams, and many more fans will be added to ensure a great atmosphere in the 18 stadiums,” the ACB said in a statement.

Following the Endesa Super Cup in Murcia, with Unicaja’s victory over Real Madrid, the Endesa League opens the curtain this weekend and the ACB has provided some of the data on subscribers.

In total, the 18 clubs in the top division have, a few days before the start of the Endesa League, a total of 103,875 season ticket holders – an average of 5,770 per team – and there are still recruitment campaigns underway.

The clubs have surpassed 100,000 season ticket holders, growing by 8 percent compared to the first months of the last 2023-24 season, in which 96,000 season ticket holders were recorded, but after the season had already started.
