Kevin Pangos signs for Valencia Baket

MADRID, 30 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Valencia Basket announced this Saturday the signing of Canadian point guard with a Slovenian passport Kevin Pangos for the remainder of the season, with the option to continue one more season.

“The new Taronja player, who has already passed the medical examination, arrives free after leaving EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, a team with which he played five games in the current edition of the Euroleague,” says Valencia's statement.

Pangos has significant experience in the Euroleague of 161 games between Zalgiris Kaunas, FC Barcelona, Zenit and with the Milanese team. The new 'Taronja' player also knows the Endesa League since he played one season with Gran Canaria in the 2015-16 season and another entire campaign with Barça in 2018-19.

The point guard also had a brief stint in the NBA, after signing a two-year contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers. After a failed signing for CSKA Moscow, due to the war in Ukraine, the Canadian point guard arrived at Armani Milan in the summer of 2022.
