The Spanish Moto2 rider Fermín Aldeguer (GT Trevisan SpeedUp) has acknowledged that he has received a call from Honda to compare the possibility of signing him for 2024, although he clarifies that he has “nothing on the table” and that he is one hundred percent focused in the current championship and in their fight to finish as high as possible.
“Yes, well, the call (from Honda) is there, but I have nothing on the table. My name is one like another, which could be Di Giannantonio and other drivers who are in the category. So nothing, we have to wait” , he said in statements to MotoGP collected by Europa Press.

At 18 years old, Aldeguer arrived in Moto2 with MB Conveyors Speed Up in 2021, thanks to his performances in MotoE. In 2022 he was fourth in the Australian and Valencia events, with two pole positions in Argentina and Australia. In 2023, he is sixth in the Championship after achieving two victories (four podiums) and two other pole positions.
