Carlo Costanzia, the son of Mar Flores, talks about his complicated situation before Justice: “I still trust”

Charles Costanzia He is experiencing the most complicated summer of his life. The son of Mar Flores, sentenced to 21 months in prison for an alleged crime of aggravated fraud for a luxury car sales business, could go to jail if the appeal filed by his lawyers after the sentence is not resolved in his favor.

Thus, the actor of Toy Boy has revealed this Friday to Europa Press that said appeal filed before the Provincial Court of Malaga has not yet been resolved: “We are still waiting (…) I still don’t know anything.” Carlo, who continues to defend his innocence, has also recalled that he has already returned all the money allegedly defrauded, thus having paid an amount close to 150,000 euros. “I trust in Justice”, he has pointed out.

Costanzia, 30, has also been asked about her mother. With her response, she has hinted that her relationship with her former model might not be at her best moment: “I don’t know, ask her… I guess she’ll be fine and I guess she’ll be aware of my”.

Despite the complicated situation he is going through, the singer has also released his new song this Thursday, Time: “It came out yesterday at the last minute and hopefully it will be well accepted. That these things will be accepted and not others…”, he has sentenced, insinuating that the press gives more importance to judicial issues than to artistic ones.

Carlo’s problems with justice

His sentence for the alleged crime of aggravated fraud is less than two years, so a citizen with no criminal record could avoid jail. However, he is serving a previous sentence for crimes against road safety (speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs) and this complicates his situation. It must be remembered that in November he was granted a third degree regime with a telematic bracelet and that requires him to be located by the authorities at all times.
