For more than 20 years he has been working from the London headquarters, where he is based with the rest of his family, although his trips to Spain are common for professional reasons. There he also has great friends, since his friendship with Hugh Grant is well known.

Manolo Falcó had a splendid wedding in 1999, marrying Amparo Corsinia member of one of the aristocratic families of Francoism and with whom he has three children, Carlos (22), Manuela (20) y Mariana (fifteen). Amparo is part of the family conglomerate Agropecuaria Velilla SA, of which she is a partner and director and which is chaired by Juan Carlos Corsini Muñoz de Rivera. The Corsinis own the powerful construction company Corsan.

The Falcó Corsini family lives in a house in the exclusive London neighborhood of Chelsea, although they also maintain a house in Madrid for when they return to Spain. It is located very close to Los Jerónimos, a neighborhood belonging to the Madrid district of Retiro. They have always maintained a close relationship with his sister Tamara, since they shared part of the summer together in the mansion that Manolo has in Sotogrande. He is also the owner of the family farm Casa de Vacas de Toledo, by appointment of his grandfather who donated it directly to him.
