Coach Pedro Martínez will continue for one more season at BAXI Manresa, the tenth in his relationship with the Bages club, after reaching an agreement to renew his contract and continue leading the Manresa project, again in the acb.
“The club ensures the continuity of the project with the coach in charge, who will lead the Manresa bench for the 10th season in the 2023-2024 academic year,” Bàsquet Manresa announced in a statement.
Pedro Martínez will continue to be the coach of BAXI Manresa in the 2023-2024 season by confirming the Barcelona coach who is executing the remaining year of his contract at the Bages club.
For the Catalan entity, this news, together with the continuity of several players in the squad, confirms that the Manresa project for the next course “is still on track”.
2023-2024 will be Martínez’s tenth season on the bench at Básquet Manresa, the fifth consecutive in the third stage of the coach at the Bages club, and number 31 in the ACB.
The Catalan is the second coach with the most games directed in the acb, with a total of 982. In these ten years at Bàsquet Manresa the coach has accumulated 392 games.
