The German Felix Zwayer will direct the final of the League of Nations between Croatia and Spain

The German referee Felix Zwayer has been appointed by UEFA to referee the final of the League of Nations this Sunday (8:45 p.m.) between Croatia and Spain in Rotterdam, as reported by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) in a statement issued this Friday.

The referee, 42 years old and born in Berlin, has whistled two matches in League A of the Nations League, although neither has been played by Spain or Croatia. Since he started whistling, he has managed 211 Bundesliga games and another 26 in the Champions League.

The German will be accompanied on the wings by the assistants Stefan Lupp and Marco Achmüller, while the fourth referee will be the Slovakian Ivan Kruzliak. In the VAR there will be the also German Marco Fritz, with the help of the German Sven Jablonski and the English Stuart Attwell, as video arbitration assistants.
