Dani Alves messed her up in prison with a batucada in her cell: “There were no hours or place for parties”

The footballer, who declared this Monday for the second time before the judge in the case to give his fifth version of the facts, is very adapted to life in the Brians II prison, where he was admitted on January 21. Dani Alves He has gone from being isolated in his cell to turning it into an impromptu disco for which prison officials had to call him out: “There were no hours or place for parties.”

And it is that, according to the journalist Mayka Navarro, the still husband of Joana Sanz He cheered up a few hours before returning to court and turned his small cubicle into a sambadrome to offer a batucada to the rest of his colleagues: “He was hitting everything and the prison workers had to go in to get his attention”. An episode that does not help him in obtaining his great objective: provisional release until the trial is held. One of the strengths of his defense is the attitude of Alves, whose defense points out that he is “collaborative, integrated and obedient” and to which they did not expect to have to add “party girl”.

This Monday, the former FC Barcelona player visited the courthouse to testify, of his own free will, before the judge investigating his case. Alves has finally admitted that he had sexual intercourse with vaginal penetration with the woman who accuses him of rape, something he denied in his first statement to, according to him, prevent his wife from discovering his infidelity. The accused has changed his story given the impossibility of denying the evidence, since the medical tests carried out on the alleged victim indicated that there was Alves’s semen in the woman’s vagina, although he maintains that the relationship was consented.

The events occurred on December 30 at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona, where Alves was enjoying himself in a private room with some friends. They invited some girls to accompany them and he ended up with one in the bathrooms. The young woman reported the alleged rape as soon as he left the nightclub and has renounced possible financial compensation to show that he has no greater interest than seeking justice.
