MADRID, 7 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Carplus Fuenlabrada has denounced a serious threat against its coach, Óscar Quintana, on the social network Twitter on Tuesday before the National Police, assuring that these intimidations are “unacceptable” despite the “tough” season of the team, bottom of the League Endesa.
“The season is being hard for everyone and criticism is understood, but there are things that are simply unacceptable. This has already been reported at the National Police station,” the entity said, attaching a screenshot with the threat made against the coach in response to a ‘tweet’ from the club.
In it, a user of the social network wrote “I am going to burn the Quintana house and put a bomb in your car.” The Carplus Fuenlabrada also reported that “those who gave ‘Like’ to that publication” have been reflected in the complaint.
The Madrid team is bottom of the Endesa League with six points, four from the safety zone, after having won only three games and losing 18 at the start of the competition.
