This is the 700,000-euro chalet in which Bárbara Rey and Don Juan Carlos gave free rein to passion

The house is located at Calle Sextante 9 in Aravaca, Madrid. It has 355 square meters and two floors, with six bathrooms and five bedrooms, only one of them (the one used by Barbara and the emeritus) lightly furnished, since the rest of the house was empty: “It was a cold, unoccupied and vulgar place” she said a few years ago. The exterior is exposed brick, with white doors and windows and bars to the street. The price? Around 700,000 euros.

The actress and the then Head of State accessed separately so as not to arouse suspicion among the neighbors and they also did so through the garage door, from where they accessed the house by a small staircase away from the eyes of others.
