Alejandro Blanco will close the I International Congress of Olympic Journalism of the COE

Media and athletes participate in the conference on November 17 at the organization’s headquarters in Madrid

The president of the Spanish Olympic Committee (COE), Alejandro Blanco, will close the I International Congress of Olympic Journalism organized by the Spanish Olympic Committee (COE), which will be held on November 17, from 10:00 a.m. and until at 5:00 p.m., at the headquarters of said organization in Madrid.

In this COE congress, in collaboration with the Higher Sports Council (CSD), the coverage of the Olympic Games by the different Spanish media, whether television, radio, print or digital media, will be addressed.

Furthermore, news agencies such as Europa Press, photographers, federations and athletes will also explain how they work during the Olympic Games.

Also, representatives of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) will offer several master classes to report on the operation of the communication department of the highest Olympic body during the largest sporting event in the world.

The relationship with the National Olympic Committees and the media that travel to the Olympic venue to cover the Games, as well as the operation of the IOC’s social networks will be the topics to be discussed at these two conferences.
