The Cup raffles the first tie with teams from LaLiga Santander on October 24

The four clubs in the Super Cup, exempt from the pairing of the 110 teams that will face each other on the second weekend of November

The Copa del Rey will raffle the first tie of the 2022-23 season with the teams from LaLiga Santander, except the four that dispute the Spanish Super Cup -Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, ​​Betis and Valencia-, on October 24 (12: 30 hours) and in which 110 teams will participate, including a dozen regional categories from the previous round.

Real Racing Club de Santander will also be exempt from this first tie, as the last champion of the First Federation. The rest of the teams will be matched up in single-match qualifiers, always with the lower category team playing as local, which will be played on the weekend of November 12 and 13.

Thus, the ten teams that make it through the qualifying round on October 19 will be paired with another ten teams from LaLiga Santander; four teams from the highest category will face the four from the Federation Cup and the two remaining ‘firsts’ will visit two other teams from among the seven from the Third Federation.

21 teams from LaLiga SmartBank, 9 from the First Federation and 34 from Second Division B (Second Federation) will complete the list of participants in the draw for the ‘KO’ tournament, whose last winner was Real Betis after defeating Valencia in the round of penalties at the La Cartuja stadium in Seville.
