The alleged scam

It all goes back to 2019, when a first plaintiff took action against them, accusing them of not receiving the car for which they would have already paid money as a deposit. Car ads from abroad were posted on the Internet. According to the plaintiffs, the vehicles were not delivered to them, although Carlo and his partner did receive 20% of the amount as a deposit. The same publication indicates that the actor could avoid jail if the legal teams of both parties finally reach an out-of-court agreement.
