The alleged scam
It all goes back to 2019, when a first plaintiff took action against them, accusing them of not receiving the car for which they would have already paid money as a deposit. This first complainant was joined by another four, who presented their respective demands in the Investigating Court No. 1 of Fuengirola. In total, they say, there are a total of 38 victims.
“The scam must reach several million euros, but the only ones who have been able to prove all the payments and, therefore, the only ones whose complaint is binding are us, to whom he owes us close to 100,000 euros,” explains one of them at the same weekly.

Both parties could reach an agreement
Car ads from abroad were posted on the Internet. According to the plaintiffs, the vehicles were not delivered to them, although Carlo and his partner did receive 20% of the amount as a deposit. The same publication indicates that the actor could avoid jail if the legal teams of both parties finally reach an out-of-court agreement.
