Carlota Corredera resignedly accepts Mediaset’s last ‘stick’: goodbye to her most special project

Despite the fact that some viewers were excited about a possible return of the Galician journalist after Telecinco announced the broadcast of In the name of Rocio open, the truth is that Carlota will not be either.

This Friday, September 2, Mediset confirmed through a statement that Sandra Barneda is the presenter chosen to lead the debates of the second part of the docuseries of the woman of Fidel Albiac.

A news that Carlota seems to have fit in well: “I feel very close to you today and always, thanks for your warmth and love through #VuelveCarlota As soon as there is something to tell you, you will know, and yes, I am alive #I will return”, he wrote in Twitter, after the support received from their fans with that hashtag.

A few weeks ago, sources of all solvency assured this portal that Corredera’s employment situation was complicated: “In Mediaset they no longer want it. They had wanted to get rid of her for a long time but they didn’t know how. For them she was already burned. They took advantage of the fact that they were removing the directors for the Deluxe case to remove her as well. But, as you can see, they have returned and she is still missing and without a project.” And they added: “She is overwhelmed and in crisis because she doesn’t see that new formats very clearly. She begins to doubt her future and she begins to think of other career opportunities to pursue.”
