Messi and Ramos also scored in the win (4-0) against Nantes
MADRID, 31 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Paris Saint-Germain won the French Super Cup this Sunday by beating Nantes (4-0) in the final held at Bloomfield Stadium in Tel Aviv.
PSG’s new coach, Christophe Galtier, enjoyed a good start to his time in Paris thanks to a brace from Brazil’s Neymar, one from a direct free kick and one from a penalty, and two other goals from Argentina’s Leo Messi and Spain’s Sergio Ramos.
PSG thus regains the throne and idyll in the Super Cup, which was cut short last year against Lille, also in Tel Aviv. The capital team has won nine of the last 10 editions of the tournament and has, with this one in 2022, 11 in its record.
