ISTANBUL, July 28 (dpa/EP) –

DInamo kyiv coach Mircea Lucescu showed his surprise and anger after Turkish Fenerbahce fans chanted Russian President Vladimir Putin’s name during the Champions League second qualifying round match held in Istanbul.

“The match went well, but we did not count on the fans, I did not expect such chants, they were deplorable,” Lucescu assured the Turkish newspaper ‘Fanatik’ after not attending the press conference after his team’s victory by 1 -2 and its consigiiente classification in protest for these chants.
