Barça made it official this Saturday that it has submitted an offer to the ACB for the Serbian player Nikola Kalinic, whose rights to return to the Endesa League are with Valencia Basket.
“Barça has presented this Saturday, July 2, an offer to the ACB for forward Nikola Kalinic, 30 years old and 2.03m tall, of whom Valencia Basket has the right of first refusal,” says the culé club.
After the operation started in the team of Sarunas Jasikevicius, those from Barcelona begin to make a move in the form of incorporations. On Friday, the arrival of Czech center Jan Vesely became official and now they confirm the bet on Kalinic.
“Valencia Basket has five days to match the offer presented by Barça. Otherwise, Nikola Kalinic will become a Barça player,” adds the Catalan team.
Kalinic played two seasons ago at Valencia Basket, after spending five at Fenerbahce, and, after a ‘taronja’ course, the past he played at Red Star.
