English Liverpool announced on Monday the renewal for one more season of the 36-year-old veteran midfielder James Milner, who landed at the ‘red’ club in 2015 from Manchester City.
Milner ended his contract on June 30, but has agreed to renew it for one year with the current European runner-up, with whom he has won the Champions League (2019), the European Super Cup (2019), the Club World Cup (2019 ), the Premier League (2020), and the FA Cup and the Carabao Cupi this campaign just ended. He has played 289 games and scored 26 goals for Anfield.
