This appraisal places the madridista as the second most valuable player in the world, ahead of Erling Haaland and only behind Mbappé. The Frenchman has a market value of 205.6 million euros; the Norwegian stays at €152.6 million after being devalued by 1.9% in the last year.
The evaluations of the CIES, a sports research institute linked to the University of Neuchatel (Switzerland), endorse the sensational season carried out by Vinicius. It has been the campaign in which the carioca, who turns 22 on July 12, has left behind the label of promise and has been confirmed as a world star. He needed just two league games to rise to the title and nobody has moved him from the far left. The subject in which he was weak was finishing and this season he has pulled it off with flying colors.
