The Ebro beats Ejea at home

Ebro beat Ejea 1-0 in the match held this Saturday at La Almozarra. Ebro entered the match with the intention of adding more points to their locker after drawing 1-1 in the last match played against Peña Deportiva. With regard to the visiting team, Ejea drew 1-1 against Teruel, adding a point in the last game of the competition. With this defeat, the Ejean team was in eighteenth position after the end of the match, while Ebro is seventh.

During the first part there were no goals by any of the players of each team, so the result remained 0-0 during the first 45 minutes.

After the break came the goal for the local team, who took the opportunity to open the scoring with a goal from Sanz in the 71st minute, ending the match with a final score of 1-0.

Both coaches made moves on the benches. The Ebro coach brought in Alex Altube, Guille, Meseguer and Abraham for Jordi Méndez, Nahuel, Abel Suárez and Sarriegi, while Ejea brought in Almerge, Álex Sánchez, Alberto De Sus and Lucho for Rayo, Luso Delgado, Chechu Dorado and Javi Grillo.

The referee showed two yellow cards to Ejea (Javi Grillo and Moustapha), while the local team did not see any.

After winning the match, Ebro was placed with 42 points in seventh place in the qualifying table at the end of the duel, while Ejea was in eighteenth place with 19 points, relegated to the Third Division.

On the following day, Ebro will play against Huesca B at home and Ejea will play their match against Lleida Esportiu at home.
