UCAM Murcia and Bitci Baskonia added golden wins for the Endesa League playoff zone this Sunday on matchday 28, against Gran Canaria (86-75) and Hereda San Pablo Burgos (62-78).
McFadden (18 points) appeared in the final minutes to break the game with two consecutive triples and put the Murcia seventh with 15 wins. The direct duel with the canaries, who remain with 14, was a give and take until the end.
The success was once again carried by the flag by Sito Alonso’s team, in a disputed match but with a 22-13 for UCAM in the last quarter, with 11 points in that quarter by McFadden. Brussino (22 points) was the best of the Canaries.
