The coach of Eintracht Frankfurt, Oliver Glasner, declared yesterday that he was very satisfied with the game his team played against Barcelona, despite the fact that in the end there was a tie that he knows little about after the many scoring chances there were. “For clear scoring chances we should have won. But Barcelona scored a goal in a fantastic combination and we have to accept the tie”, said the coach of the German team in statements to the RTL channel.
“Despite everything, I am very satisfied with the discipline with which the team played,” added the coach of the team that managed to tie yesterday against the Catalans.
Asked if he saw Eintracht in a position to overcome the tie in next Thursday’s match at the Camp Nou, he replied in the affirmative and said that it was something that he did not say only in front of the stands. “Barcelona have wonderful players, but we have our virtues that allow us to have chances against any team,” he said.
