Barça and Spotify They have agreed by mutual agreement to incorporate a confidentiality clause by which the figures of the agreement will not be made public, according to RAC1. The club’s forecast is that the agreement must be approved in an Extraordinary Assembly without disclosing the specific figures.
The agreement between the Barça club and the Swedish company whereby the Swedish company will become the Club’s Main Partner and Official Audio Streaming Partner was approved and signed by the Board of Directors of the FC Barcelona this Tuesday, as MD advanced in the morning.
However, the entente is not yet official as it is subject to ratification by a Extraordinary Assembly of Compromising Members which will take place on April 3 in telematic format. The club assured that it will soon provide the organizational details of this assembly, coinciding with the publication of its call.
