BARCELONA, 31 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The president of FC Barcelona, Joan Laporta, recognized that the club is interested in taking over the services of Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who was seen on Monday, the last day of the market, at El Prat Airport, but assured that he is a subject that is “very complicated”.

“We are pending, trying to create the appropriate circumstances and conditions for this (movement) to take place. It is very complicated but there is still hope,” Laporta acknowledged to Mundo Deportivo, at the sports newspaper’s 74th Grand Gala.

Laporta recognized, thus, the interest of Barça in taking over the services of the Gabonese striker. “Aubameyang has a family in Sitges, it is known that we would like to incorporate him into Barça but he is solving his problems with Arsenal,” he argued.

As for the last day of the market, he assured that, in general, they will work “until the last moment” so that the “expectations” that they have set for this winter window are met.

“They are not easy, Mateu Alemany is working on it and juggling, as always. We are in a situation that is not easy, but let’s see if we can have any good news,” he predicted late on Monday.
