The Spanish central Real Valladolid Kiko Olivas is isolated at his home after testing positive for coronavirus, as announced this Sunday by the Pucelano team.
“After the diagnostic tests carried out, Kiko Olivas has tested positive for Covid-19 and, as established by the health protocol, has been isolated at home,” said Pucela.
The LaLiga SmartBank team, which is in the promotion zone in the table, will play its next match on January 2 against Leganés, on matchday 22 of the Second Division. From the club they add that health protocols are being followed at all times to take care of the health of their footballer and their contacts.
“The club is in permanent contact and coordination with the health authorities and collaborates closely with the Epidemiology Service of the Junta de Castilla y León and the Responsible for Monitoring Epidemiological Surveillance (RESE) of the Basic Health Zone in Valladolid to preserve health of the footballer and his close contacts, “he adds.
