Tottenham, eliminated from the Conference League after not being able to play due to COVID positives

Totteham have been eliminated from the Conference League, the third continental football competition, after UEFA lost the match 3-0 against Stade Rennais FC, scheduled for December 9 and could not be played due to to the cases of positives for COVID-19 in the staff of the English team.
