La Peña Deportiva beats Terrassa 1-2 in the Olympic Games in Terrassa

La Peña Deportiva added three points to their locker after winning 1-2 against Terrassa this Sunday at the Olímpic de Terrassa. Terrassa faced the duel with the intention of tracing their score in the standings after losing the last game against Formentera by a score of 3-0. For its part, the Peña Deportiva had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Cerdanyola. With this good result, the Santaeulariense team is second, while Terrassa is twelfth at the end of the game.

The match started in a favorable way for the Tarragona team, who opened the light with a goal from Akito Mukai in the 23rd minute. But later the Peña Deportiva reacted in the contest by putting the 1-1 through a goal from eleven meters from Albert Torras in the 33rd minute. The visiting team scored again, turning the score around establishing 1-2 thanks to a goal from Mikel Bueno moments before the final whistle, in minute 42, thus ending the first half with a 1 -2 on the scoreboard.

Neither team was lucky to score in the second half and therefore regulation time ended with the score 1-2.

In the match, the referee warned only the home team with a yellow card. Specifically, a yellow card was shown to Bruno Lorente.

With 27 points, Manolo González’s team ranked second in the table, while the team led by Jordi López ranked twelfth with 20 points at the end of the game.
