“We had enough chances and approaches to tie”

Granada coach Robert Moreno said this Monday, after drawing with Cádiz at the Nuevo Mirandilla stadium (1-1), that his team had “enough chances and close enough to tie.”

Moreno stressed that he is “happy” after achieving the equalizer in the 88th minute with a goal from Jorge Molina because Cádiz “saw themselves with victory.”

For Moreno, drawing against a direct rival and “keeping the distance” of points is “positive”, although he recalled that it is necessary to “try to win at home against Mallorca” to endorse the point obtained.

“My team fights to the end, has confidence and faith and fights everything,” said the former Spain coach.

Regarding the author of the Granada goal, Jorge Molina, said that having him is a “luxury” because of what he “contributes in the dressing room, because of his commitment and because of his football.”
