The twelfth LaLiga SmartBank matchday had eleven protagonists that we detail below. Dyego Sousa (Almería) stood out with a hat-trick and a goal assist. Valcarce (Burgos) and Elady (Tenerife) made two doublets. In addition, Javi Muñoz (Eibar) scored one and gave another; and Germán (Ibiza) saved a penalty.
Goalie
German (Ibiza)
Germán has been at a very high level for two days. The Ibiza goalkeeper supported his team in the islanders’ victory against Fuenlabrada, thanks to a saving save on a penalty taken by Pedro León, with 2-1 on the scoreboard. The Alicante player became great in the goal in his action.
Defenses
Goldar (Ibiza)
Goldar was another proper name in the victory of Ibiza. The center-back opened his scoring account of the season, with a header that surpassed the entire Fuenlabrada defense. His goal put the momentary 2-0 on the scoreboard.
Victor Gomez (Malaga)
The Málaga side enters the eleven after completing a great match against Lugo, in which the only goal of the match was scored. Something cooked by two defenders and culminated by a midfielder: Lombán changes side to the Catalan side and he assists Genaro with a cross into the area.
Sergio González (Leganés)
Leganés continues without raising its head and has already accumulated five games without winning. However, from the defeat against Tenerife, we stand out and bring Sergio González to this eleven. The center-back gave his team hope by putting the momentary tie on the scoreboard with a header. Goal with suspense and it was the VAR that granted the legality of it.
Curbelo (Las Palmas)
Curbelo put the icing on the cake for Las Palmas’s victory against Alcorcón with a very beautiful goal. The center-back received at the peak of the area, controlled, looked at the goal and fired at the squad. Dani Jiménez could not do anything to avoid the goal.
Midfielders
Javi Lara (Ibiza)
There are no two without three. Javi Lara is the third member of Ibiza in this edition of the eleventh of the day. It was impossible to leave him out after his goal: perfect little footfall to accommodate the ball and whip with a donut that was closing to enter the squad. One of the goals of the day.
Enzo Loiodice (Las Palmas)
Enzo Loiodice was not far behind in his goal. The midfielder opened the scoring against Alcorcón with a huge goal. Shot from outside the area that took a devilish parable, to touch the crossbar before entering the goal.
Javi Muñoz (Eibar)
Eibar goes like a shot towards its goal, which is none other than returning to First Division. The Basques beat Cartagena, at home, thanks to a sensational Javi Muñoz. The midfielder scored and gave the other to Blanco Leschukk, on a corner kick.
Valcarce (Burgos)
Valcarce threw Burgos on his back when he needed it most. The midfielder scored two goals against a Huesca that had previously gone 0-1 on the scoreboard. To highlight his second goal, in a perfect counter, culminated by Ponferrada’s with a pointed heel, before beating Andrés Fernández.
Forwards
Elady (Tenerife)
Elady, who already entered the eleven of the day last week, has seen the door in three of the last four games and against Leganés she did it, in addition, in the form of a double. In the first as much it defined to perfection like few others; and in the second, nine minutes from the end, he finished off in a semifallo and from within the area, a ball that puts Tenerife in promotion playoff positions.
Dyego Sousa (Almeria)
Dyego Sousa replaced Sadiq perfectly, with a hat-trick and a goal assist against Mirandés. The Portuguese played his best game since he was a player for Almería, which leads directly to the First Division.
