The mobile phone has gone in the last 15 years from being a mere communication element to supporting all kinds of tasks, indispensable in the day to day of any person. Strong competition in the mobile sector, fostered by the entry of a wide range of telephones -especially from the arrival of China to the European market-, makes there are many options on which to choose when buying a smartphone. most of multinational firms, a characteristic that makes it one of the sectors with the highest bid according to which company offers a model or a range, which in many cases copy those of its rival.
All this leaves the condition that the average mobile phone in Spain does not exceed three years, sponsored by planned obsolescence, it costs less than 500 euros and has a system operative Android. In addition, already entering the brands, most smartphones arrive under Samsung y Apple.

Two of the firms with the greatest presence in the world but which are nevertheless not among the best for the OCU. Considering the satisfaction and reliability contributed by its customers, the first five positions have the majority of the Chinese market.

But it is Google who leads this classification certifying its strength in everything that has to do with technology. Both in terms of satisfaction and reliability, the American multinational takes the top positions with a rating of 8.3 out of 10 and five stars out of five.
