Hakan Çalhanoglu has raised old asperities between Inter and Milan. The Turkish player has decided to leave the ‘rossonero’ team and turn to the eternal rival by accepting an offer that exceeded by very little the one presented by his current team.
According to the Italian press, Çalhanoglu will sign for three seasons with Inter at a rate of 5 million for each of them, or what is the same, 500,000 euros more than what Milan offered him to continue at San Siro.
After being eliminated from the European Championship with Turkey, Çalhanoglu will travel to Milan to undergo a medical examination with his new team.
Inter have moved quickly to cover a possible loss of Christian Eriksen, who collapsed at Finland-Denmark and had to be admitted to have an automatic defibrillator implanted.
