35 million euros in exchange for seven rooms and sea views

Ana Obregon and her family have hung the ‘for sale’ sign at El Manantial, their residential home in Mallorca where the author of The boy of the shrews took refuge after the death of his son, Aless Lequio.

The price for which Alessandro Lequio’s ex and her family want to sell their mansion is 35 million euros, as revealed by the portal Look.

The family mansion of ‘Antoñita la Fantástico’ is located 70 kilometres from Palma and 20 from Manacor. The residence, which has more than 6,000 metres available, also has a paddle tennis court and a total of seven bedrooms.

Beyond all these luxurious facilities, Obregón’s mansion has a terrace with a large swimming pool and sea views. As if this were not enough, the property has a private well for drinking water and a docking point on the pier.

The house was built by the patriarch of the clan, Ana’s father, Antonio García Fernández. He acquired the property in 1969 and built two other houses for his neighbours.
