Diego Lopez: The goalkeeper played a bipolar match. Key in some actions in which he saved Espanyol from a defeat, although hesitant in strategy plays such as 1-0 in which he was surprised by Meseguer's shot.
Oscar Gil: The full-back returned after a game absent due to injury and did not complete his best performance. He made technical errors (such as a pass that compromised Diego), tactical errors (they beat his back on several occasions) and barely deployed in attack.
Calero: The central defender from Valladolid returned to the title and, although he was not having a bad game, in the 88th minute he lost a one-on-one that led to 2-1. He corrected Gil whenever he could and tried to combine solvency, although there was passivity in some actions in the final stretch.
Cabrera: Expeditious in the defense of the centers, he rushed with the ball and lost some duels with Christ even though they did not bring serious consequences. Overcome Espanyol in many moments, helped hold the tie.
PedrosaDefensively, he was also overcome in the best moments of Mirandés, such as the 2-1 play in which Iván Martín surpassed him with a tunnel. He tried to give stability to the left side and stepped on the opposite field on multiple occasions. He came up with discretion and put several dangerous centers.
David López: I have just substituted after a bad encounter. The captain perico returned to act in midfield after several months as a center-back and lost numerous balls, some that cost Mirandés chances. He tried to redirect the game of a Espanyol that did not control the midfield at any time.
Darder: Innocuous game by the midfielder, who saw a yellow that could have been red when entering at the knee and who tried two outside shots without precision. He tried to give criteria to the game but failed to connect with the advanced players and was overwhelmed by the local momentum.
Embarba: It was a sensational first part. Not only did he attend RdT at 1-1 but he overflowed, moved between the lines and put several centers with intention. In the second part he went out like the team and ended up replaced.
Handful: The forward curdled a less brilliant game than in previous days. A high shot in the second half and some unchecking on the left side was his only offensive production. Without the ball he helped the wingers, willful as usual.
Melendo: Filtered to Embarba the ball with which the 1-1 began but could barely connect with more danger. He played away from the box, where he found more spaces to match, although it wasn't deep. It was the first change for Dimata. With his departure Espanyol totally lost their positional game.
RdT: Marked the 1-1 with a good action at the limit of offside and defining with the left. The forward played in attack and had occasional occasions, but it was an island in a disorganized Espanyol. Neither did he collaborate excessively in the peric pressure in the opposite field.
Dimata: He played at the top of the attack, held balls and received fouls. It was his contribution to a ripped Espanyol.
Keidi Bare: It did not give balance to the team although it tried to contribute work and intensity to the center of the field.
Nico Melamed: He was the most destabilizing footballer despite having just 20 minutes of play. The midfielder finished off a goal in the last breath of his head. The shortest, the smartest.
Wu lei: He did not intervene, as in the last games, where he hardly plays.
Merida: You hardly participated in the game.
